Hi,
Has anyone out there had any Facet Injections of the cervical area? I have to have these done because I have two herniations in my neck, the C4-5 and C6-7. The Dr. wants to do these injections and a nerve root block and then later do a Rhizotomy because of the inflammation and irritation. Has anybody out there ever had any of these procedures done? I just don't know what to expect. You can read about it online but it's not like hearing from someone who has actually had it done. Thank you for any help......I'm very nervous about this. : (

I have not had your problem, but I can understand your nervousness. I agree reading about it is not the same as hearing someone's experience. You may try finding an online group for people with neck problems. Then you might be able to communicate with people who have experienced what you have to go through. I certainly hope these procedures help you and that it gives you a better quality of life.
