My freakin neck hurts!!?!


Question:

My freakin neck hurts!!?

so i woke up this morning with a sore neck on the right side of my neck just from sleeping on it wrong i guess so what should i do about it its not bad enough pain where i need to see a doctor but it does bother me do i put ice or heat on it?? what else can i do for it??


Answers:

Take some Ibuprophen.. heat is for sore muscles and ice is for swelling
