How can I stop nausea and cramps?!


Question: How can I stop nausea and cramps?
I have ibs which gives me cramps and nausea any ways to calm my stomach and bowel system down?

yeah, i read a bit about that. i checked up on natural ways to get rid of cramps and tummy pains and nausea and all that fun stuff, cuz i get them alot. i work shifts and i have a hard time keeping track. like, eating poutine for breakfast, etc.
peppermint tea:
when i get nauseous, as soon as i take a few sips it goes away instantly. it soothes the belly BIG time. get's rid of cramps MAGICALLY, dissolve gallbader stones (if you have that problem), helps to stop diarhea and HIGHLY recommended for people with IBS.
you can also try ginger tea. it helps digestion and flatulance and nausea. also beneficial if you feel dizzy. there's also flennel tea, it's an anti-spasmodic. soothes pain (and fever if ever), fullness. an anto-spasmodic is good cuz that's what makes a cramp.
i have a tea that i buy, it's peppermint, fennel AND ginger all together in one bag. i realy like it. but sometimes, a pure peppermint tea alone is much appricated. so if you can find a pack like i found, go for it, drink it regularly like twice a day, and when ever you have a "session", drink up peppermint tea alone.

I have found magnesium supplements help. And some aloe juice. Also, some kind of essiac with sheep sorrel, and slippery elm in it. There are many types of essiac, but I like the Earth Keepers one, but I think Udo's makes one too, and Udos is usually good. Aloe is the cheapest, magnesium help limit contractions (cramps) of stomach, but don't overdo the magnesium (Natural Calm or Ionic Fizz [without calcium] are both good brands). Good luck. BTW, I've also heard that a good homemade bone broth can work wonders.
