your pretty much good to go unless the wound re-opens or starts to bleed again
You don't need stitches if it isn't still bleeding. What you should do is put some antibiotic ointment on it, such as Neosporin and a Band Aid. Keep it clean, and covered as much as possible while it heals. It's an open wound if it's a cut.
