How long do you have to wait after donating blood to do it again?!


Question:

How long do you have to wait after donating blood to do it again?

I donated blood about two months ago and there's going to be a blood drive around here again. Can I give blood now or do I have to wait longer?


Answers:

For whole blood, it's 56 days [ 8 weeks ].
For plasma, it's 2 weeks.
