Answers:

sea salt is corser than table salt it dosent disolve as fast than table salt to it could be just the ssalt scratching your throat and that causin it to burn with the okra our throats and mouths are sensitive sometimes the smallest cuts can cause you some pain espially when you eat I just stick to some mild food for the day you should be fine

You have heartburn, heartburn is a feeling of burning, warmth, heat, or pain that often starts in the upper abdomen just beneath the lower breastbone (sternum). This discomfort may spread in waves upward into your throat, and you may have a sour taste in your mouth. Heartburn is sometimes called indigestion, acid regurgitation, sour stomach, or pyrosis. It is not caused by problems with your heart, although sometimes heart problems can feel like heartburn. Heartburn usually is worse after eating or made worse by lying down or bending over. It gets better if you sit or stand up.

Sounds like acid reflux. You seem not to have a chronic problem, so an antacid might work well. If the problem lingers then you might want to take a proton pump inhibitor like Prilosec.

I think maybe the salt dried your throat a bit or your allegic to okra,or possibly strep throat HOPe I HELPEd :)
