After surgery to a large perinal abscess would that have damaged mussle tissue?
after abscess removed have pain in the penis at the base where my mussles contract is it possable that these musscles could have been dammaged in surgery and how long will it take to heal as great pain

u dont say how long ago ur surgery was???their is risk of damage to any muscle after any type of surgery..if ur surgery was fairly recent i would think u are still sore from the trauma of that..if ur surgery was a while back i would see a doctor if u are still in pain
