One that is good in both states... probably not a blue cross plan - they are one-state usually. Try AARP.
Definitely NOT Medicare Advantage. Once you leave the "service area" your coverage is reduced or cancelled. They have network providers based on your permanent residence - and when you get care outside of that local area, they'll either deny coverage or jack your deductible through the roof.
Independent agents HATE AARP insurance, because you get exactly the same coverage at a much lower price. They want their commission... and AARP doesn't give that to them. And read up on companies being barred from marketing certain Medicare Advantage plans because these independent agents were misrepresenting and scamming seniors...
