i have gone to the doctor to see if it's migraines and they say it's not that. so i dont known what is is.

Are you using a computer a lot, eye strain. Be careful about lighting around you too. Seeing a doctor is not a bad idea. I was having headaches everyday until I left my job and got another one. Found out it was eye strain and lighting from florescent lights was causing my headaches. Good luck!
