Does anyone else get really frustrated with emergency rooms?(esspecially the doc!

Does anyone else get really frustrated with emergency rooms?(esspecially the doctors)?

I live in Canada and hear horror stories about our emergency rooms all the time. However I have to say that when my daughter got thrown from a car & had critical injuries, the staff, and especially the Dr's couldn't do enough for us.
When my son was in a head-on car accident ditto for him too.
When my son got stabbed in the stomach afew weeks ago the Dr's were great. He had emergency surgery at 4a.m.
I think if people stick with real emergencies things would run alot smoother.
When we were in the ER with my daughter, a man came in with a sore back & wanted a Dr to look at him. He was really ticked off he had to wait for 2 hours. He had a backache for over a week. Do you really think thats an emergency? If people would stop abusing the system we wouldn't have as many problems. Or how about the women with babies who take their kids up at every little cough? Or someone thats had a skin rash for 4 days!
Sorry for the rant, it just makes me crazy!
