Whether the stomach should go inwards or outwards while breathing in ? 2. Is it all right to breathe in thru nose and out thru mouth? 3. What should be the optimum duration of breathing in and out? And how does it affect the wellbeing of the person.

In thru the nose, out thru the mouth.
Stomach out when breathing in.
Try to count 6 - 10 heartbeats for breathing in, then holding without straining, then breathing out.... Improves concentration and relaxation. If done slowly, can improve blood pressure.
