Sore joint after slept in a non airconditioned bedroom?!
Question:
Sore joint after slept in a non airconditioned bedroom?
My current house is new and no air conditioning yet, the temp was very hot and humid. I have noticed that every morning when I wake up somewhere of my body is sore, e.g. yesterday was my wrist today was my knee joint, tomorrow may be my finger joint. Are these related to the humid air in the house since I don't have an air condition yet and it's been quite humid. Please help. thanks,
Answers:
Absolutely humidity plays a role in aches and pains.
I guess the first answerer is young and does not suffer from chronic pain.
Buy a $90.00 window unit to tide you over until your air is installed.
GOOD LUCK!
