Question:
I have a pain in my left shoulder that has moved down my arm?
It started a few days ago in the left shouder blade. In the last 48hrs it has also moved down the arm to the tricep and forearm. There is also stiffness in my neck.and it keeps me away a night. it seems to be muscle and nerver realted, any ideas? I know I should see a doctor but its Friday afternoon here in NZ and I'd like to get thru the weekend first. Thanks

Classic symptoms of cervical radiculitis. Sounds like C5 or C6. I would make an appointment with my chiropractor. He/she will be able to differentiate between muskuloskeletal pain and referred pain from the myocardium. (If you're as worried about heart attack as some of the responders to your question seem to be)
