Sleeping Problems?
So the last couple of weeks ive had a lot of trouble sleeping, i probably got about 7 hours last week and so far this week about 5-6 so what are some good ways that would work to help me sleep?

I will not advise you to use a sleeping pill cause the side effect can be worse than your problems. This is what I think you should do, lie down. Close your eyes, turn off the light and everything that will get your attention and think/fantasize on something you which someday you will have/own or want to have/own. Anything that makes you feel good, think about it. If you want, you can play some soothing music in low volume to relax you. I hope this works for you.
