IMPORTANT help?
I fell oin monday and now there is a bruise just a bit smaller than the palm of my hand. I've iced it and i elevated it but it's still mostly black and purple witrh just a tiny bit of yellow.WHat are some good things to help recovery? ALso I heard it's good to wear a tensor bandage around it . DOes it help? WHy?

Just leave it alone. The yellow means it is healing just fine.
