I smoke does that mean now I basically go out in public?!

Question:

I smoke does that mean now I basically go out in public?

I can't stop smoking I have tried many many times I am completely addicted I wish I had never started but I did. Now I hear I can't smoke anywhere in public or something does that mean I have to quit work and stay at home on the dole and sell drugs because my benefits wont pay for the over taxed cigarette prices?

For those who are interested... I am a qualified Risk Assessor and Chemical Engineer and have done a lot of work a gas cloud escapes dispersion etc including biodamaging effectives of inhalation. In all honesty the likelihood of any appreciable risk from secondary smoking outside is hilarious. Even inside you would need clsoe proximity and very poor ventilation which could easily be provided in pubs etc and already is in most cases.

I am sick of hearing about non-smokers crap about giving up etc. It isnt that easy for everybody, so don't get in my face unless you want smoke blown in it.

Answers:

You're an ambitious little tyke aren't you?

No. It simply means that we can't smoke in enclosed public places or workplaces.

So street and parks are still smoker friendly.
