Best way to relief back pain?!

Question:

Best way to relief back pain?

Answers:

First of all, you need to figure out why you have back pain? Is it because you have something out of place, is it from over-working your back *possibly lifting heavy objects, or twisting rapidly*, maybe your kidneys are sore from infection or dehydration. If it feels like the pain is on your lower back in your kidney area, then you should massage the muscles by your kidneys and try to drink plenty of water. If it does not get better you should go see a doctor. If it seems like it is your kidneys, be careful what you eat and drink, and dont take to many pain relievers, as they can cause your kidneys to work harder.
For muscle pain, the short term answer is to use pain relievers, and massage the tender area with some sort of topical ointment. I love to use a natural product called ReliefMD. I found it at http://www.reliefmd.com .

After the pain has subsided, I would begin to stretch your back every day. First I would lean forward and try to touch your toes, do not bounce or move up and down quickly, just reach slowly and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise several times. Then lean forward, and rotate from your hips to the right, back left and then forward again. Repeat this several times to loosen up your back.

The most important thing to do after you begin to stretch you back and loosen the muscles is to begin to exercise those muscles to keep them active. When I was younger I use to have problems with my back muscles. I was involved in karate, hockey, soccer, and football. Even though I thought that I was extremely fit, i still had problems with my back being sore. It wasnt until I began to exercise my back and strengthening my abs that I noticed a dramatic difference. You would be surprised, but your abs have a lot to do with supporting your back. This describes a little more about this: http://www.spine-health.com/topics/conse...

I hope this helps! =)
