How do you crack your neck?

Answers:

I agree with the first answer's first part. Do not crack your neck but I totally disagree with seeing a chiropractor. I know people swear by them (Chiropractors) but I had one almost paralysis me so I'm not a fan.

If you have neck pains either see a Neurologist or an Orthopedic Doctor.
