Scar tissue and tendinitis after ACL surgery!!?!

Question: Scar tissue and tendinitis after ACL surgery!!?
I had surgery on my acl. My leg hurts when I bend it and the doctor says it's scar tissue. I had this pain for a year and a half. Also, I have tendinitis on my knee and it's squeaky when I bend it. And when I bend my knee cracks and sometimes it hurts . Is there any way I can remove scar tissue?? If I keep pushing my leg back and fight the pain and tightness will that destroy the scar tissue and make it better??? And the tendinitis, how is that cured??? My doctor says he cant do much .. I hate that bastard.

Answers:

well he is right. scar tissue is a *****. massage helps a lot. also ultrasounds. moving it is the only way the scar tissue will not get build up and make it impossible for you to bend you knee. my friend babied her knee and would not bend it or exercise or massage then she had to have another surgery where they basically forced her knee to bend and broke up scar tissue.
