Question: I have a lot to do, but experiencing something weird. Is it necessary to go to hospital?
During lecture, felt *slightly* short of breath. And I became a little scared because I felt a very mild pain near my left shoulder and felt light-headed at the same time. That lasted like 3 seconds. I'm in my 30s. hospital time or can i study?

Answers:

Sounds like stress. Tell someone that happen to you just in case you faint or you start feeling sick so they can know what to do and what to say in case you are unable. Relax for a while then study. If you feel sick again go to the hospital. I hope you feel better. Been there, done that. Good Luck!

Continue studying, but if you experience it a few more times, see your doctor. They will diagnose if it is a heart problem, a problem with your lungs (perhaps bronchitis), or if your arteries/veins/capillaries blocked somehow. Lightheaded-ness can be lack of blood or air. If it is a heart problem, they will refer you to a cardiologist or a cardiovascular/circulatory specialist. If a lung problem, they may refer you to a trusted respiratory specialist or do it themselves.

If it was serious you wouldn't get mild pain and it certainly doesn't go away after 3 seconds.
It might be stress or general anxiety? Don't focus on it as you can let your imagination think of all sorts of terrible things. Relax and continue with the studies.

see you doctor ,he/she will tell if its a necssecity to go to the hospital.

for now, id study, but if it continues and its persistant go to your doctor, it could be a heart attack,
