How long to heal?
i was playing soccer and i stepped in a hole. and my nabor is a retired nurse and she siad i blew my knee out. what does that mean and how long will it take to heal and what sould i use? crutches? ace bandage? leg brace?( those straight things that you put around your whole leg and it velcrows tight) I dont know i have all three things and if i use ace bandage sould my knee be straight or bend and if i use the leg brace do you use crutches or what? i have never done this before Help??

I would go consult you reguarl doctor and have him make those kinds of treatmen for you but i would ICE it and elevate it until you can see him
