My throat pinches when i swallow wrong?
this may sound weird, but this has been going on for a long time now, since i was little. But when i swallow the wrong way.. like when my head is down or to the side or something when i am swallowing or yawning i feel a huge pinch in my throat and i cannot swallow! and it hurts like hell. The only way to fix it is if i physically push on my throat to have it go back in place, is this normal? will i tear a hole in my throat for doing this?

You need to talk to your doctor about this. I read recently (can't find the article right now) that this can be related to acid reflux and there might be treatment. Be very careful and make an appointment to discuss this with your doctor!
