she did not bite or did anything with her fingers.
but it just bled suddenly.
could it be some illness or what?

skin on the hands that is too dry will often crack and bleed.
Suggest she put antibiotic ointment, like Neopsorin, on the cracks that are bleeding and cover with a bandage, once healed she should apply lotion to her hands regualrly to keep them moist.
