Wrist problems?!

Wrist problems?

I work at a bank so I'm on the computer for a majority of every day. Lately I've been having problems with my right wrist (the one that holds the mouse). At random times my wrist will start to ache and my fingers get numb. What causes this? What can I do to help it?

I also sit at a computer all day at work and i have the same problem. I went to a doctor for this problem. It is carpal tunnel. It is a very common problem. If you go to a doctor the only thing they can do is give you a cortizone shot in the wrist that will help temporarly but hurts anyways so their really is no point. I am sorry to say that you will have this problem for the rest of your life. It will come and go and come and go. If it gets extremely bad then it is possible to get surgery done wich i dont know much about. The best thing I would recommend is going to the store like wal-mart and get yourself a wrist brace they cost about 10 bucks. well there you go hope that helps. too much mbation could be causing that too-J/K, Judging by your background of hawaiian and korean. and the way you depict yourself in your avatar you dont need to do that you have plenty of males willing to do that for you.
