Question: Why is it so hard to get up in the morning?

your body relaxes tons at night. So much that your breathing decreases (like a bear during hybernation). While sleeping, your spine even elongates up to .5inches! (true fact: you are about .5 inches taller in the morning than at night). Also, you tend to be very warm/comfy in bed.

On top of these, your body sleeps in cycles, and if you wake up in the middle of one, you tend to feel groggy.



inertia. an object in motion tends to stay in motion. an object at rest tends to / wants to stay at rest unless acted upon by a force. this force is called reality.



Drink water before you go to bed, and get a breathe right strip you may just find the answer to your sleepiness.
