Tired all the time?!

Tired all the time?

I am 24 yo male and I am on an antidepressent Celexa 40mg a day. The medicine doesnt make me tired but I just feel runned down all the time like I havent had enough sleep. I yawn and just feel worn out during the day. I sometimes have trouble thinking and if I hold my hands out they have a slight tremble to them. I went to the doc who took blood and is supposed to get back to me today but I wanted to hear from you guys what this may be or if anyone else has experienced something like this.

I should also add that I tend to go up and down in weight. I can sometimes in a month change 5-10 lbs. I also have a normal sex drive but I can have somewhat soft erections.

When i was feeling down and very tired,i had to see my doctor and he make me pass some few test and then i had a test about sleeping apnea,and i was doing sleeping apnea.
the doctor told me that alots of people is been treating for a depression,and it is sleeping apnea they were doing
