How do get up in the morning without having to fall back to sleep?
i am a very heavy sleeper.. i stay with my boyfriend and we both wake up around 8 every morning.. but i can not fall asleep until 12-1 A.M. so i was wondering how can i get up without having the feeling to go back to sleep.. i drink both coffee and mocha but i dont think it helped at all.. so is there a way that i can get a good night sleep and get up early in the morning.???

I would suggest trying to get into a routine about an hour before you plan on hitting the sack. Something realxing and not too overstimulating.
Studies have shown that exposing yourself to natural sunlight as soon as possible after waking will wake all your senses and make you feel more alive. Step outside for about 5 minutes in the morning and see if it helps wake you up.
