I wake each day with a pain in lower back. Once up and about it goes. Haooens wherever I have slept.Any idea?

Have also noticed in last few days a tingling in my right shoulder, almost like pins and needles.

Make sure it isnt your bed causing problems. Alot of the times it is from an uncomfortable mattress
