What medical steps if any should I take for this injury?

I was playing basketball and this guy like backwards headbutted me, so it cut my chin that bled for a while, and my tongue bled even longer, but they both stopped, after i rinsed it out. But the problem is that I can't feel the right side of my mouth, and the part I can feel when I try to close it hurts, also it looks like the back tooth may have been bent/pushed to the outside. What can I do to make sure my face doesn't scar and to make sure my teeth are ok?

Please go to the dr. or Urgent Care Clinic. If you're having trouble feeling the side of your face you have a nerve injury. If you leave it you could end up with paralysis of your face...I have it and it's not fun. As for your tooth, see a dentist and have an Xray to be sure that you didn't injure the root of the tooth. If you did it will die and have to be pulled.
