i didn't get a sunburn on purpose....thats a crazy thing to say....of course it was an accident and it happened in less than two hours outside....next time yes i will wear sunblock but i am olive complexion i normally get brown and tan...i didn't think that an hour or so would cause this much damage

I would suggest getting some sunburn cream from your local drug store, but for now or if you cant find it, a wet cloth over the area can help relieve some of the pain, try not to lay on it, easier said than done I know but it does not hurt to stay off it as much as possible, if the sunburn is really major and you have a bit a charred skin or skin that was become almost like wax report to your nearest ER and get it treated there.
