I have a tingly feeling in my foot when I touch my ankle!?
Its like i can feel my nerve from my ankle to the bottoms of my toes. Its really annoying. when I scratch my ankle or rub it...and now sometimes when I walk. should I be concerned?

im not sure if you should go into panic mode but i would go and get it checked out. i would ask a famil doc if i had RLS, restless leg syndrom. to learn more go to webmd.com and that is a great site to find out free info
