Is it possible that my left ear could be slightly damaged?!

Question: Is it possible that my left ear could be slightly damaged?
Okay so I went to the 24 hr clinic the other day for them to remove ear wax. The nurse squirted water into my ears to flush all the yucky stuff out and it felt like she was squirting the water into my ear too fast but I didn't say anything. And now my left ear is hurting very badly, it feels like I have an ear infection and it's giving me the worst headache I've ever had. Also every thing sounds louder than usual. Whenever I close a door it sounds like I'm slamming it or something and the sound of my typing is also louder than it was before.

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. If your hearing is damaged the most common symptom is hearing a faint high pitched ringing. However, I do know that you should at least make a phone call to the clinic and speak with the on-duty nurse there about what you're experiencing. She can tell you if it is normal after-effects and if it isn't normal, they will advise you to return to the clinic. Hope it's nothing!
