Im 14 and have neck pain!?!

Im 14 and have neck pain!?

Ok i wock up at 6:00 and my neck dident hert i went back to sleep and i wock up again and my neck was REALLY herting me everytime i move it left or right it herts!it only herts when i move it not when i touch it.WHY! ohh and i slept with one pillow

its very common .. you just slept on it wrong.. it will go away really soon ..
