Why is that I can't really sleep well at night when I took a nap in the afternoon?
I know that some people could do both with ease, but not me. Is there anyways to help you sleep better at night when a take a nap or no? Thanks.

Your're getting too much rest during the day. It's best to keep naps in the daytime to under 20 min. Try just laying down in a quiet spot and closing your eyes a little bit.
