R your legs supposed to hurt after pop, lock and drop it?
-k- yesterday me and my sis were like totally dancing our butts off ,and pop lock and drop it came on, and i did it to the whole song! my legs hurt so bad. do u know how to get rid of the pain? and dont say put a hot towel on it cuz i live in the middle of phoenix in the middle of summer. puting somthing hot on is the last thing that i am doing!!!

They are soar from doing a different type of work out! The pain will go away on its on eventually! I know when I go out dancing all night at the bars and clubs my legs hurt a lot the day after, And my legs are in great shape, i've played hockey for 13 yrs and work out regularly so, its just from working a different type of muscle!!
