HELP Me PLZZZ?

every time i get up from sitting down and start to walk, i have this really bad pain in my hip (the right side) and it really hurts. Do i have to go to the doctor, is it serious or will go away. the pain has been there for like a week now. im 14
And if anyone knows what this is plz tell me
