Do I need to eat less salt? What could cause this?
When I hit something with my hands doesn't matter what, even claping will make my vains in my hands hurt really bad. I'll get a bubble on my hand and it will take all day for the swelling to go away. This only happens in my hands. The doctors here in Holland aren't very good, so I figure that I have a better chance asking you guys.

I have the same condition, it's called fragile capillaries. It's come to a point where i couldn't even clap hard because a tiny purple bruise that itches and burns forms somewhere in my hands. This is not something you can cure, but it helps a lot if you start taking a lot of C vitamin and vitamin K rich foods (spinach, kale, any kind of dark leafy greens).
As for the cause i was not given other than something being hereditary, but i do have a low VII blood factor. In any case, do take the vitamins, it does wonders.
