My ear piercing is very painful and sore very often even when i had it done years ago, any remedies for this??

Try wearing only hypoallergenic earrings. Many times you can be sensitive to certain metals that are in the earrings. I am sensitive to sterling silver for earrings but can wear other sterling silver with no problem.
