I have been giving a medical certificate and handed it to my work?
i am now feeling better so can i return to work before the date my certificate says?
Answers:
If you are in the uk, no. You need to go back to the doctor and get another certificate top say you are fit to return.
The reason being is that the employers liability insurance wont cover you when off sick, so you need a doctors note if you want to go back before your sick note runs out.
