Tips to stop smoking???

Can anyone please help i`m trying to quit smoking but its like starting to floss regularly. Any help would be much appreciated.


Answers:

Take a couple weeks off from people who do smoke like friends. If you are around those who smoke then you most likely wo'nt quit. If you put yourself in a situation to smoke then you will smoke. Start taking away everything you do day by day and replace them with new things to do. Like waking up earlier and take a walk and exercise and then eat breakfast a small one. Take different way to work and on the way home. Stay away from habits that remind you of smoking. Remember if you think i'm not going to smoke then you will smoke. It's a thought and only action makes it happen. Redefine yourself about who you are, write it out, talk it out then you find yourself not even thinking about cig's. Don't say i'll take it one day at a time because it's always the moment that defines the outcome.
