Head Injury Question?
What would the assessment or prognosis be if I seem to have come through a head impact OK and then after an hour I suddenly felt sick and giddy that lasted for more than a day and now I have a dull headache which is noticeable nearly a week later.
Is this stress or a head injury, most probably? Aged 55.

No pillls, no even Aspirin taken.
Blood pressure may have escalated to 168/106 instead of my usual (recent) 120/80.
Answers:
I'm no doctor, But I've had two serious head injuries and my symptoms were similar. Diagnosed as a concussion. See a M.D!
