Strange indent?!

Strange indent?
I'm 16 and I have this really strange indent on my lower right arm. It's about two inches above my wrist and when you run your hand over it up my arm it almost feels like you can touch the bone. The indent itself is kind of long and skinny and it seems to vary on different days. Some days its harder to feel it but on others you can see it! Any ideas to what it may be? It's not on my other arm. The area to the left of it almost seems kind of puffy. It's not painful, but I don't have my physical for another two months to get it checked out. Help??

I got one of those on my left leg and couldn't figure out why - it was from driving with my knee (not recommeded). You probably have something that you're doing or wearing repetitively that puts pressure on that area.
