my medical bills are 2300 including ER, x-rays, doctor visits and medicine. I got a sprain in my left foot after I triped and fell from the stairs. they were wet and there were no signs. the pain lasted 1 month. so besides the medical bills how much should I get for pain and suffering?

There is no "right" answer to that question. Unfortunately that is why the question is usually answered by a judge, jury, or arbitration.
