Nervous system problems? Stuff happening, freaking me out?!

Question:

Nervous system problems? Stuff happening, freaking me out?

I'm a 38 year old realatively healthy male, I don't think it is parkinsons, as most of the symptoms I'm having are movement related.

My left fingers when I spread my fingers in my left hand apart and slowly try and move then inward toward eachother, they shake dramatically out of control. My right does too, but not nearly as bad.

My lips feel like they quiver sometimes and they other day they started shaking when drinking water. If i use the muscles in my face to scrunch up my nose almost like a squinting facial expression, the muslcles in my face on both sides of my nose shake up and down out of control, again extremely dramatically. The condition seems to be worsening. Any idea on what this might be?
