i have a headache in one spot and it will not go away.?!

Question: I have a headache in one spot and it will not go away.?
I have been sick for the past week or two, but i am feeling alot better and i am off of my anitbiotics. The only thing i am concerned about is this really painfull headache right above my right eye. It will not go away and it has been there for about two days now and i only get it once or twice a day. It is painfull and when i touch the outside of the "pain zone" it hurts whenever i make contact with it. I was wondering if i should be worried about it or if i should just wait it out and see if it goes away. I would really appreciate some answeres because i am starting to get worried.
Thanks alot and i appreciate any responces i get.

Answers:

Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. The muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around the head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. You have tighter muscles on the right side in your neck to cause that sharp pain you are feeling for the being tight they run out of give and then the muscles pull on the area where they are attached to end up with a pain there. To get rid of your pains you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
