Any ideas on how to untrap a trapped nerve?
Ive had one in my shoulder for about na month now and is making my whole arm full of pins and needles. Its driving me crazy but my doctor reckons theres nothing you can do about it!

Physical therapy, chiropractics, or acupuncture can all accomplish that. I would choose chiropractics first - find one with a massage therpist on staff - you will get deep tissue massage and adjustments and that should relieve the pressure on the nerve in a few visits. They will give you stretches to do at home as well. And I would consider getting yourself a new doctor, any MD should have suggested one of these therapies to you (most likely physical therapy - that is usually their first choice, then chiro or acupuncture if not successful in physical therapy).
