Sleeping intervals?!

Question:

Sleeping intervals?

Suppose you have a regular sleeping pattern of 7 hours a night. Which is the best period to sleep at, assuming no other factors? For instance, is there any difference in quality between 11PM - 6AM and 2AM - 9AM?

Answers:

Yes, our normal circadian rhythm is for us to be up at a certain time closer to sun rise and in bed after it gets dark. So the 11pm-6am would be the better schedule vs. the 2am-9am. It isn't normal for our bodies to be up at night and asleep during daytime hours. The light plays a big part in it.
