Shouulder pain?
Recently i have been involved in sports (volleyball, Football). I have notice that my right shoulder has had a intense pain after i hit a volleyball or i do Different football drill suck as Bear crawls and others that need power from the arm. The pain in around my shoulder. Is there anything i could take or buy to relive the pain?
