Should I pay for an MRI in this situation ?!

Question:

Should I pay for an MRI in this situation ?

My daughter is 23 years old and wears glasses. She recently began having a lot of difficulty seeing correctly (double vision, floaters ..etc) and went back to the eye doctor who prescribed
her glasses. We asked him to check her prescription but he did not and had her get an MRI. The MRI showed no problems and he told her it would pass within a few months and set up a follow up appointment for three month later. Since, she still had the vision problem she got a second and third opinion.
Both of these doctors said the prescription was way off and the problems were due to eye strain. Because of his unwillingness to check his work in the begining even though we requested it the MRI was unnecessary. So should I pay for this or just send him a bill and go to small claims court if he refuses.

Answers:

Make him pay. It was hit fault in the first place. He should have never off made that mistake in the first place. An MRI would be the last thing to do it that case. It takes five minutes for him to correct the problem and he did not do it.

Sue him if you have to.
