One of my knees burn and ache when I walk or stand for a very long time. It esp. gives me discomfort when....?
i go down and up the stairs. What is the problem?

there could be soooooooooooo many things that are wrong with your knee. You need to see a doctor. You might have brusitis ( which is inflammation of the fluid) or osteoporosis, or just a million different things. Try taking Ibuprofen, if you have a mild inflammation it should help with the pain. But other than that you need to get an XRAR or MRI of the knee, maybe get synovial fluid drawn. SEE A DOCTOR
